The project Elephant is running in this park and this is the North Western most limits for Elephants in India. Tigers also exist here besides Panther, Hyena, Sloth and Himalayan Black Bear, Yellow Throated martens, Himalaya civet, Goral, Barking deer, Sambhar, Spotted deer, Blue Bull and roughly 400 species of birds and many reptiles including largest race of Python and King Cobra. The park is a paradise for different kinds of butterflies and other insects. The flora is mixed evergreen mainly Shorea sp., Grewia sp.,Dalbergia sp. Terminalia sp. and a lot of different kinds of lianas and shrubs.
