Room tariff, all meals and GST:

  • Single room – Rs. 5,200 per person per night + gst
  • Double room – Rs. 7,499 per person per night+ gst (minimum 2 people)
  • Children below 5 years – complimentary
  • Children between 5 and 11 years – Rs. 1,999 per day + gst
  • Meals (three major meals + two servings of tea with cookies) – Rs. 1,899 per person +gst

  • Afternoon tea with cookies – Rs. 300 per set (2–3 cups) + gst
  • Vegetarian dinner – Rs. 599 per person + gst
  • Jain vegetarian lunch – Rs. 649 per person + gst
  • Jain vegetarian dinner – Rs. 749 per person + gst
  • Morning tea with cookies – Rs. 349 per set (3–4 cups) + gst
  • Breakfast – Rs. 450 per person + gst
  • Bonfire with soup and snacks – Rs. 1,499 per person + gst

GST will be charged 5% as per the revised government policy on room tariffs and all food and beverages.

Note: As per government regulations, no non-vegetarian food or alcohol can be served within 6 km of the river Ganges, being part of the “Kumbh” zone.

Cancellation policy:
50% cancellation fee for cancellations made more than 7 days before check-in
80% cancellation fee for cancellations made 6–3 days before check-in
90% cancellation fee for cancellations made less than 3 days before check-in

Rates for Jungle Safari for Indians by Jeep in Rajaji National Park:

  • Rs. 4,200/  person / drive (Minimum 2 Person)
  • Rs. 1,500/ person / drive (Up to 3 Persons )
  • Rs. 1,150/ person / drive (Up to 4 Persons )
  • Rs. 875/ person / drive (Up to 6 Persons )
  • Child below 11 years is complimentary
*Inclusive of  vehicle hire and entry charges, eco-commitee charges,forest barrier charges from park gate.
*Pick up and drop from/to Wild Brook Retreat - Rs. 1,500/each side
*Pick up or drop each time from Kaudia village- Rs. 1,400
*Trekking around the Retreat in Rajaji National Park-600/hour upto 3 persons
*If the jungle safari is cancelled due to inclement weather conditions by the forest department, the money paid for gypsy, permit and tickets will not be refunded.

Timings for Jungle Safari twice a day :

  • Winter: Morning Safari: 6.30 am to 9.30 am | Afternoon Safari: 2.30 pm to 5.30 pm
  • Summer : 6.00 AM to 9.00 AM & 3:00 PM to 6 PM
*  Getting down inside the park, entry and exit only in between sun rise to sunset, littering, feeding wild animals or birds, speeding over 30 km/hour and making noise is prohibited under Wild Life Protection Act 1972.Violators will be punished as per law which may be imprisonment or fine or both and seizure of the vehicle.

  • Guided trekking around Wild Brook Retreat @ Rs.600/- per hour / Upto 3 persons
  • Yoga & meditation session @ Rs. 2500/- per session ( Max. 2 hours)
  • Pick up/Drop from Haridwar / Rishikesh @ Rs. 2950/- and Rs. 500/- per person for more than 2 persons (each side) by cab/Jeeps.
  • Pick up/drop from/to Jolly Grant Airport Rs. 3200/- or Dehradun City Rs. 4500/- per cab (upto 4 pax- each side).

White Water Rafting Packages in Rishikesh (per trip):

  • Grade 1- 2 (Basic) Rafting Package: Rs. 1200/- per person
  • Grade 3-4 (Difficult) Rafting Package: Rs. 1900/- per person
*Rafting is done under the guidance of expert guides at the time when the permission is given from the competent Government authorities. The charges do not include pick up and drop from/to Wild Brook retreat and Rafting camps.
Note: 1. The rafting programme is offered only after signing an indemnity bond.
2. Children below 14 yrs are not allowed to go on rafting.
